The Ishikawa Region group is a project created by the founder of Kayotei, Masanori Kamiguchi, which has allowed many small local entrepreneurs to grow and establish themselves in the market. Many of them are the direct suppliers of the food products that Kayotei serves to its guests. Healthy and genuine products according to the ancient local tradition, made with techniques handed down for generations. Ancient techniques making possible to produce anything without chemical’s use, from sake to cheese, from wooden bowls to Washi. Honoring and respecting this ancient tradition for customer’s health attention has made the Ishikawa’s products famous all over the world.
