Ecoluxury was founded in 2005 based on an idea of Enrico Ducrot, drawing on his decades of experience in travel, culture, and hospitality.
Ducrot chose to develop a tourism model focused on the quality of the experience, the promotion of local areas, and the protection of local heritage, offering an alternative to mass tourism.
From this vision, Ecoluxury was born, a brand that guides travellers to high-end destinations and accommodations united by a commitment to supporting projects related to the cultural, landscape, and social conservation of the places where they operate.
Over the years, Ecoluxury has included in its Collection a selection of over 80 exceptional hotels that carry out projects focused on the environment, the preservation of artistic, natural, and cultural heritage, or the support of social identity.
Guided by these principles, the concept of “Giving Back in Tourism” was born, through which Ecoluxury redefines the way we experience travel.
It is not merely a travel experience but a complete immersion in a virtuous cycle that involves retreats, local excellence, communities, and visitors.
