Hosted by Ecoluxury – Retreats of the World, the event took place on 13 and 14 November 2025 at Spazio Field – Palazzo Brancaccio, in Rome.
The 2025 edition saw around 200 B2B participants and confirmed the event's steady growth and strategic positioning in the responsible tourism landscape. The programme consisted of forums, workshops and networking opportunities, offering a unique opportunity for discussion between industry experts, stakeholders, emerging players and key figures in the sustainable tourism sector.
Particular attention was paid to public involvement, with some sessions open to loyal travellers, students and enthusiasts, in order to encourage dialogue between those who plan, study and experience travel.
A special event was the participation of His Eminence Neytrul Ngawang Shetdrup Rinpoche, who spoke about the philosophy of Bhutan, including spirituality, sustainability and conscious tourism.
Alongside the professional meetings, there were cultural visits to Rome and experiential tours of Lazio, Tuscany and Abruzzo.
On 12 November, the preview day, there were site inspections at some of the most prestigious accommodation facilities in the capital and a meeting reserved for the “Punto Elefante” agency network.
