Reaching the eighth edition, Ecoluxury Fair confirms its role as an international reference event for high-end tourism that is attentive to sustainability. Organised by Ecoluxury - Retreats of the World, the event will take place on 13 and 14 November 2025 in the exclusive spaces of Field - Palazzo Brancaccio, in Rome.
Born from an idea of Enrico Ducrot, CEO of Ecoluxury and Viaggi dell'Elefante, the fair brings together every year a selected audience of buyers, exhibitors, travel agents and sector operators united by the desire to promote a new travel culture: authentic, aware and capable of generating shared value.
The 2025 edition envisages more than 300 B2B participants and about 1,000 expected attendees, confirming the constant growth of the event and its strategic positioning in the panorama of responsible tourism.
The programme is divided into forums, round tables, workshops and networking moments, offering a unique opportunity for discussion between sector experts, stakeholders, emerging realities and protagonists of the sustainable tourism supply chain. Particular attention will also be paid to the involvement of the public, with the opening of some sessions to loyal travellers, students and enthusiasts, to encourage dialogue between those who design, study and experience travel.
In addition to professional meetings, the fair includes cultural visits and experiential tours, with the aim of introducing buyers to territorial excellence and routes off the more conventional routes. 12 November, a preview day, will be dedicated to site inspections in some of the Capital's most prestigious accommodation facilities and a meeting reserved to the
“Punto Elefante” network of agencies.
The choice of Rome and the Space Field - Palazzo Brancaccio underlines the desire to root the event in a symbolic context of beauty and cultural centrality, making the city an international hub of sustainable luxury tourism.
