The Observatory was created with the aim of offering a privileged insight into global trends, best practices and pioneering projects that are redefining the very concept of luxury, combining excellence, ethics and respect for the planet.
The Observatory's first contribution is the Ecoluxury Report, presented on 13th November 2025 during the Tourism and Sustainability Forum in Ecoluxury Fair: an exclusive analysis, carried out in collaboration with the THRends research centre, which explores the intersection of luxury, sustainability and innovation in the international hotel industry.
Through an approach based on data, trends and cases of excellence, the Ecoluxury Report by THRends is the first systematic study dedicated to the “green” transformation of luxury hospitality, offering concrete tools and ideas for building a more conscious and sustainable future.
