Today’s jeep excursion to Monte Corrasi, in the wild heart of the Supramonte di Oliena, is a thrilling journey through breathtaking landscapes and ancient traditions.
Departing from the hotel, you’ll travel along dirt roads through holm oak forests, deep gorges, and limestone cliffs shaped by time.
Along the way, there will be short stops to admire the panoramic views and hear stories about the region’s history and natural environment.
The day culminates in a traditional lunch with local shepherds, held in an ancient sheepfold or beneath the shade of trees, featuring Sardinian specialties like porcheddu (roast suckling pig), local cheeses, traditional sweets, and Cannonau wine.

Su Gologone offers a wide range of optional activities during your stay: cooking classes, art trails, and excursions to discover the most authentic natural and cultural wonders of the region.
Within the retreat, you’ll find six Botteghe dell’Arte — creative workshops in design, ceramics, painting, and embroidery, set in the property’s former stables. Here, guests can attend workshops or purchase unique “Su Gologone Style” creations.
Alternatively, you may choose to drive to the lively seaside town of Cala Gonone or relax on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
