Day 2–6: Free days on the slopes of Cervinia

At the foot of the majestic Matterhorn lies one of the most spectacular ski areas in the Alps. Breuil-Cervinia and Valtournenche offer over 150 km of perfectly groomed slopes, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and directly connected to Zermatt, Switzerland, for a total of over 320 km of descents.

Thanks to an altitude of almost 3,900 meters and a vertical drop of over 2,000 meters, skiing is possible here from October to May with guaranteed snow and modern facilities. Among the most iconic slopes are the “Ventina,” over 20 km long, and the “Gran Pista” in Valtournenche, appreciated for its technical sections. The area is suitable for everyone, from beginners to expert skiers, and includes snow parks, freeride areas, and even the possibility of heliskiing.

The experience is completed by panoramic mountain huts, wellness centers, and the typical hospitality of the Aosta Valley. Cervinia and Valtournenche await you for an unforgettable vacation in the snow, combining sports, relaxation, and unspoiled nature.

Dinners and overnight stays in hotels.

Day 7, the history and wines of the Aosta Valley

In the morning, head to Fénis Castle and immerse yourself in perfectly preserved medieval architecture, with double crenellated walls and elegant towers.

Passing through a square tower, you will cross the Armoury, the kitchen with its monumental fireplace, the refectory and the main floor with its reception rooms and a chapel adorned with frescoes. In the heart of the manor, the frescoed courtyard awaits you, with its semicircular staircase, sages, prophets, St. George and St. Christopher, which will enchant you.

After visiting the castle, continue on to Aosta; the ancient Augusta Praetoria is well worth a visit: start with the imposing Arch of Augustus, the Roman symbol of the city, then pass through the perfectly preserved Porta Praetoria. Visit the majestic Roman Theater and the evocative Forensic Cryptoporticus, testimonies to ancient Augusta Praetoria. Admire the Cathedral with its medieval frescoes and conclude your visit in the streets of the historic center, where every stone tells the story of centuries of civilization.

End the day discovering mountain viticulture among terraces and native vines. You will visit a winery that is a symbol of the area, famous for its bold architecture and the high quality of the wines you will taste.

Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 8, return

After breakfast, begin your journey back to your places of origin.
