Three days dedicated to a unique experience aimed at those who are looking for a response to stress in the love for nature.Accompanied by an expert anthropologist specialized in oriental psychology, trekking paths integrated with meditation practices are carried out, all in the context of the wonderful medieval village of Santo Stefano Sessanio in the mountains of Abruzzo, within the Gran Sasso National Park.

Packed lunch and return to the hotel. Afternoon dedicated to guided meditation “shinè”: elements of Tibetan-Himalayan culture with projections of some documentaries shot by your guide. Dinner at the hotel’s tavern.
