4-night itinerary at COMO Castello del Nero

COMO Castello del Nero is centrally located in the heart of the Chianti region, surrounded by extensive vineyards, ideal for exploring Tuscany's most iconic places, starting with Florence. The nearest airports are Florence Peretola, 30 minutes, and Pisa, just over an hour. However, it is advisable to combine your stay with car rental (or your own car) to easily visit even the small towns scattered throughout the Val d'Orcia and Chianti countryside.


Day 1: COMO Castello del Nero

Arrive at COMO Castello del Nero in the afternoon and check in. Volterra, renowned for its alabaster production and for being one of the settings for the Twilight saga, boasts important buildings ranging from Roman to medieval times as well as a striking viewpoint over the Pisan countryside. Day 3: Florence
