A unique place to regenerate in the name of essentiality, immersed in the stillness of the Umbrian valleys. It is an ancient medieval hermitage located in Parrano (Terni) in front of the Biosphere Reserve (Unesco). An original mediaeval structure fully restored according to bioarchitecture and biobuilding techniques. It keeps the austerity of the ancient monasteries intact, but with the modern mysticism of the new luxury, where ecology meets spirituality. Eremito, one of the first "Digital Detox" hotels in Italy,  is the ideal place to reconnect  with the priorities of life lost in the chaos of everyday life.  The accommodation is offered  in "Celluzze", 18 ancient cells used in the past by hermits, now completely renovated. With small and understated spaces, they are furnished in a style that combines the old with the modern in a refined way. They have a queen bed, a small bathroom with shower and views of the surrounding green glues. The hotel's restaurant has a vegetarian and vegan set menu with recipes that go back to Umbrian culinary traditions. The dishes are a base of fresh vegetables from the organic garden, the fruit is in season, the bread and pasta are homemade, like jams and sweets. Generally meals are served in the large Refettorio with its big fireplace or outdoor in summer. The “Area Relax” is entirely carved into the rock and very suggestive. It has 2 steam baths , heated tub with chromo therapy and jacuzzi. It offers relaxing massages, meditation spaces, a yoga room. Eremito is the perfect place for spiritual regeneration and offers a dynamic calendar of meditation activities and yoga classes.
