The Bellevue Hotel & SPA is located in Cogne in the heart of Valle D'Aosta, a region nestled among Europe's highest mountains: Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso. Perched on the plateau of Sant'Orso in an enchanted valley of the Gran Paradiso National Park, the Bellevue is situated in front of a glacier and just 250 meters away from the Montzeuc Gondola and Sylvenoire Chairlift lifts.
The hotel consists of a charming old mountain mansion built in 1925, the more recent Foyer wing, and 3 Chalets facing the main building. The structures are connected by underground pathways and house a total of 39 rooms of different types and sizes. Expertly decorated, the rooms are embellished by collections of paintings, masks, chests and other items typical of the region.
The Family-run management, now in its fifth generation, represents a guarantee and tradition, ensuring a well-articulated set of services and facilities. At guests' disposal are the 1,200-m² wellness center equipped with swimming pools, saunas, caves and beauty treatments and a large fitness room with Technogym equipment and relaxation areas. Noteworthy are the Bellevueʼs four restaurants, one of which has been awarded a Michelin star, offering unforgettable culinary moments of healthy and varied food, as a fundamental part of a quality vacation. The organic garden, in-house cheese production and award-winning wine cellar embody authenticity and excellence, proving the Bellevueʼs focus on sustainability and the spreading of values related to responsible consumption.

This is the Bellueve Wellness Center, which is spread over 1,200 square meters and offers the pleasure of soaking in warm spring waters in a unique mountain setting. Available to guests are two pools with whirlpools and lymphatic drainage stations, six types of saunas, two steam baths, a salt grotto, a polar grotto, an infrared sauna for mud treatments, and two sensory showers. The center also has five massage cabins for body treatments, a lodge for beauty treatments, the "Bear Cave" for mud baths and a 1717 chalet for Cleopatra or King Victor baths. The spa uses only natural remedies: mud matured in the house mineral waters, honey, milk and wine and as well as ancient cosmetic preparations from the Officina Profuma Santa Maria Novella in Florence. Completing the facility is the Technogym gym and countless relaxation areas where herbal teas and fresh fruit are served.

Green Vallée D'Aoste is a Tour Operator engaged in the implementation of a project that relates, in a sustainable way, the two main components of tourism: accommodation and mobility. The goal is to make the Aosta Valley area usable while minimizing its environmental impact. The project involves the use of electric cars starting from the nearest train stations or airports to move to the small Valdostan villages. Green Vallée D'Aoste offers authentic experiences through close collaboration with local farmer producers and expert guides in the area. It offers visitors the opportunity to measure and offset the Co2 production of their stay by participating in reforestation projects in certain areas of the Aosta Valley.
