TAJ Sawai Ranthambore confirms to show attention to the well-being and socio-economic growth of its staff. The presence of a sustainability manager and a sustainability team ensure the implementation of good practices in all hotel’s operations. However we suggest to include in the sustainability team a human resources department member also, in order to ensure sustainability criteria in staff management as well. We strongly recommend employing more local people and increasing the number of women, providing both of these categories with opportunities for professional growth and managerial roles. We encourage to keep training employes on sustainable goals, monitoring staff satisfaction and fostering moments to exchange ideas, suggestions and analysis of critical issues in a structured manner. Joining the Earth Check programme can be the key to achieving the excellence in Internal Management.
