The Hotel Hermitage is located in Breuil-Cervinia, the renowned tourist resort where it is possible to spend all year around an unforgettable vacation under the noblest peak in Europe: the Matterhorn. L'Hermitage is a typical mountain chalet made of wood and stone at 2050 meters above sea level, surrounded by larch trees, which since 1975 has offered the atmosphere of high-altitude refuges and the unique, refined and inviting welcome of the Neyroz family.
A tradition of authentic mountain hospitality is present in every corner of the hotel and is evident in the comfort of its lounge with its large fireplace and in the beauty of the furnishings of the bar, restaurant, and smoking room. The Hotel Hermitage has 28 rooms and 11 suites of different types and sizes, elegantly decorated with wooden furniture made by local craftsmen and embellished with silk fabrics and antique ornaments.

The Hermitage Bistrot is open for lunch and allows guests to enjoy dishes from the Alpine, Aosta Valley and Piedmontese traditions, or inspired by modern international cuisine. Thanks to Allure Alps, the Hermitage Hotel offers its guests the opportunity to discover the Aosta Valley and the locations closest to the hotel not only related to winter and the ski slopes. A range of about 40 "Experiences" that include, beside the classic sports activities, also cultural, wine and food visits, nature excursions on foot and by pedal-assisted bicycle. It is possible to organize personalized lunches and dinners at 3500 meters above sea level, watching the sunset or the starry sky, and much more, for all tastes and needs.
The sensory trail runs from Perrères with rest areas also equipped for picnicking on an old track built by Enel in 1920 for a rack-and-pinion train. The walk, which is over 5 kilometers long, passes through (old) tunnels lit with solar panels and has the advantage of having a reduced elevation difference between Perrères and Promoron, so that hiking trips are also and especially conducive to families. The trail is also passable by mountain bike.
In a unique natural and scenic setting at the foot of Mount Cervino, the project of Architect Luigi Rota Caremoli unfolds. The 18-hole course was established in 1955 and is among the first fifteen courses in Italy affiliated with the Italian Golf Federation. The course, a PAR 69 of 5,300 meters and allows the Cervino Golf Club to enter in its own right among the most important clubs in the Alps. Guests of the Hotel Hermitage are entitled to a 50% discount on green fees.
