The Hotel Hermitage has implemented several actions to reduce its environmental impact and has introduced a number of best practices in its management involving the intelligent use of resources and the production of organic products. Water comes from a natural spring on the hotel's property that is monitored regularly; electricity is produced by hydroelectric systems, and its consumption has been reduced through the use of LED lamps. The hotel also has two organic gardens for km 0 production of vegetables, potatoes, herbs and flowers.
