Project description

This is the Sanoner family's spirit in building their hotel: to create a charming place, in full respect of nature, in which the hotel could "hide itself". "Listening" to the land and "observing" the sea were intended to inspire the creativity to design different building bodies, perfectly inserted in the context and with low impact on the surrounding landscape. The nearby Torre Salsa Natural Reserve and the observance of strict environmental regulations have led the prudent and sustainable approach of its architecture, which features hypogeal roofs covered with vegetation, natural native and biocompatible materials, such as wood, tuff and terracruda.  Modern energy supply systems, a clever management of resources, the use of electric vehicles and the creation of small cultivated areas for the consumption of Km 0 products, make the ADLER Spa Resort SICILIA a virtuous example of good sustainable practices.
