Oasi Dynamo Società Agricola represents a unique model in Italy that combines environmental conservation, sustainable management, research and hospitality. Located in the Pistoia Apennines, the WWF-affiliated Nature Reserve covers 1,000 hectares of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified woodland, where the company operates in full respect of the bio-hydro-geological balance of the area. The operating model is based on four pillars - research and education, art, hospitality and sustainable management - which work together synergistically to ensure a positive impact on the land. Organic and non-intensive farming, combined with cattle breeding, produces wholesome food for the Oasyhotel; cultivation, in particular, focuses on native fruits such as cherries and plums, as well as small fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, gooseberries and wild strawberries. Thanks to in-house production, guests can participate in experiences such as cheesemaking and cooking courses. These are complemented by the cultivation of low-gluten ancient grains, spelt and potatoes. Lastly, through active and sustainable land management, the Oasis protects essential resources such as water, air and biodiversity, while promoting sustainable recreational activities, demonstrating its commitment to harmonious development between man and nature.
Oasyhotel is a hospitality project located in the heart of Tuscany, within the Oasi Dynamo Nature Reserve, affiliated with the WWF. The Reserve covers approximately 1,000 hectares of mainly woodland and is a true natural sanctuary, home to extraordinary biodiversity including wolves, deer, and numerous plant species typical of the Pistoia area.
Oasyhotel is the first facility in Italy created as part of a project dedicated to the creation of accommodation areas within WWF-affiliated oases. It is a new concept of hospitality that enhances the value of the locations, offering authentic and exclusive experiences where guests can immerse themselves completely in the benefits of nature. Strategically located near Florence and Pisa, it is the ideal destination for those who want to combine culture and landscape and experience Tuscany away from mass tourism.
The structure consists of 16 wooden eco-lodges and a loft, designed to ensure maximum comfort while respecting the environment. The large windows and panoramic verandas allow continuity with the surrounding landscape. Thanks to the richness of the Reserve, Oasyhotel offers numerous outdoor and wellness activities: trekking, mountain biking, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, horseback riding, yoga, forest bathing, and historical-cultural tours. Guided excursions also allow guests to observe wildlife in its protected natural habitat.
The Reserve's mission is to conserve biodiversity, supported by scientific research and agricultural activities managed by Oasi Dynamo, which supplies the restaurant with locally sourced products. Sustainability is at the heart of the project's philosophy, which is expressed through the production of renewable energy, waste reduction, and initiatives to promote ecological balance, in which guests can participate.
