On the energy side, photovoltaic panels generate the property's electricity, while two separate solar thermal systems, with storage tanks totalling 1,000 litres, cover 100% of guests' hot water needs. At breakfast, jams and marinated vegetables come from "Vento in Poppa," a cooperative of young Ponza locals working with local ingredients and traditional island recipes; at Saturday evening aperitivo, a classic-method sparkling wine from Marisa Taffuri is served — one of the estates that helped revive Ponza's winemaking tradition over the years.
Palazzetto Ponza opened in the spring of 2024. This six-room residence, in Località Santa Maria, is one of the oldest buildings on the island of Ponza. Recently restored, the building was faithfully reconstructed based on original archival photographs: the façade was returned to the typical colours of Ponza's houses, and the rooms retain their characteristic domed vaults.
