This important collaborations were born with young local entrepreneurs moved by the same business spirit: to claim the beauty of the territory and create the conditions that allow the inhabitants of Castel Volturno to stay and contribute to re-launch the socio-economic development of the surrounding communities. The resort currently employs more than 70 local people, including employees and seasonal collaborators, paying special attention to gender equality issues.
