The lodge features an eclectic style with various decorations of African and Native American art, but the Alpine style emerges strongly through furniture and decorations made by local artisans. Some walls in the lodge's common areas are decorated with wood panels printed with innovative machines, expertly crafted by a South Tyrolean artisan company and giving individual boards a bas-relief effect. On the chalets can be seen original eagle, dragon and owl heads made by a local craftsman that rapresent a distinctive feature of ADLER Lodges. The Lodge's commitment to supporting local producers is most evident in Hannes Pignater's culinary choices, which favor fresh local produce. His dishes rediscover local flavours and culinary traditions, revisited with a modern twist. Careful attention to aesthetics includes simple ingredients typical of everyday Tyrolean cuisine, such as herbs, roots, tubers and vegetables from small local producers. For wines, too, ADLER relies on labels from small family-owned wineries that have been producing the best wines in South Tyrol for generations. As further confirmation of the lodge's commitment to supporting a short supply chain and using local 0-km products, it has introduced an alternative menu to the gourmet dinner: "From Farm to Table," declined into six courses each of which is prepared with local ingredients. Thanks to the "ADLER REGIONAL PARTNER" seal of quality and the ADLER Homemade brand, guests are taken on a journey through the flavors of the different regional specialties on the menu.
