Project description

Bisate Lodge aims to become a Centre of Excellence for mountain gorillas research and for a local, sustainable conservation-based economy. The purpose is to increase the population of mountain gorillas in Rwanda.

Whether seeing gorillas forage in the Rwandan rainforest or the perspective you gain from an informative village visit, a stay at Bisate lodge contributes to the preservation and expansion of these iconic wildernesses.
